As a Music Therapist and Researcher, I believe in the inherent human right to music
and the power of personal expression through alternative therapies and holistic healing.
My concentrations are specifically in Early Childhood Support and Early Intervention
care where I use music as a tool to help infants gain non-musical skills through a goal-
oriented evidence- based practice. My current research endeavors include Family-
based music therapy and its effects on child-parent bonding with adopted children, as
well as research in childhood trauma care. Through my session facilitation and research
I hope to grow the field of evidence-based music therapy and provide a guided space
for expression and learning.
